The only reason to want this is to break the law. You have now declared your intent on a site controlled by regulators who have logged all your machine's details. This is traceable even if your address changes, as ISPs keep a record of the use of each address. In any case you can not do this as your IP address is provided through dhcp by your ISP, it is likely to last whatever lease time they configure, normally 24 hours to seven days.
The only reason you would want that is so you can do something illegal. ISP's log IP addresses and keep lists of all of them, so I wouldn't try anything. Plus, you might be able to change the IP address for YOUR computer, but you can't change the MAC address or the IP address for your router, so you'll be caught anyways. Just quit NOW while you're not getting in trouble.
