How to change address bar default search?

Here's my problem, when i type in something wrong in my address bar it automatically queries it in ICQ search engine, i was wondering how i could change it so it queried in www.google.com, because that's already my home page and the search engine i like to use.

Any help would be wonderful, spam answers will be reported. Thanks in advance. How to change address bar default search?
In Firefox, just clicking on the arrow button will give you a choice of searches. ';Manage Search Engines'; will give you the option to add more search engines to the menu, but I think Google will always be the default (which is what you want anyway). If Firefox is what you're using, you can try removing ICQ from the search menu.

In IE, click on the search button on the browser toolbar and you'll get a ';Search Companion';. Click the ';Change Preferences'; button. Click ';Change internet search behavior'; in the window that pops up. Below the radio buttons there is a box with different search engines. Click on Google and that should be your default search engine. How to change address bar default search?
This answer doesn't address the question, we're talking about the address bar, not the search engine bar. I had the exact same problem and fixed it using these directions: http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/archive/how-to-change-your-firefox-location-bar-search-engine/
