My bf is going out of jail in 2 weeks. He is in Seattle,Wa, so his parents, his house. And I'm in Virginia. He wants to move here, but he has to be on parole for 5 months. How can he change address and move here? And is it possible? What i need to do to let this happen?How can a person change address being on parole?
He has to have it approved by his parole officer and .....it ain't happening! Stick it out for the next 5 months and 2 weeks and then he won't have any problems.
He isn't going to be on parole long enough to make a change, it's too much hassle for the the parole officer. He'd have to move the case to VA and then get a new P.O. etc.
Actually he's better off, getting off and moving to VA after. He wont' have a record there and if he stays out of trouble, he won't be looking over his shoulder.
