Who can go to affice to change address in driver's licence in USA?

Hi!

I have already ask, does americans need to change their addresses in their driver's licenses, when they moving to another place.

I was said, that they are to do it, but can perform this operation over phone or internet.

But how the changing physically appears on driving license? Does owner need to go to authority office, or updated license can be sent to him by mail? Or he can hire somebody else to go to office?

Thanks.Who can go to affice to change address in driver's licence in USA?
You can do it by mail, or on line. The new information will show when a check is run on your license. You can also go to the DMV/Secretary of State office, and get a corrected license.Who can go to affice to change address in driver's licence in USA?
yes when you move to a new state of city or county u have 30 days to get to dmv office to change your info. no one can do but the person on the licence.
File a change of address via mail or the internet, and then report the old one lost. If they keep your picture on file, then they'll send you a new one with the updated address. you will have to pay for the replacement.

Here in CA, we dont have to replace the license when we move, but can put the new address on the back with a small rectangle of paper, taped.
